Shipping policy

Our merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by NinjaPOD. Production typically takes approximately 2–4 business days after the order reaches production; carrier transit time is additional. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, demand, stock availability, and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

We currently ship to eligible United States addresses. Available shipping options and charges appear at checkout before payment. Some destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, have different rates. If checkout does not offer shipping to your address, contact us before ordering.

Tracking is provided when your order ships. Please allow 1–3 business days for carrier tracking to update. Orders may arrive in separate packages.

Check your delivery address carefully. Contact shop@misterfishwhistle.com immediately with your order number for address changes, delivery problems, or missing packages. Changes may not be possible once production or shipping begins.
